petrushka - carrismi and jasiri are one in the same. Also, yesterday, all her posts showed as "deleted," but her name is back. But greyed out. I'm wondering if she changed her mind and is with us again.

Carissimi deleted her account close to the last time she posted on this thread.
If she is back under a new name, I suppose we'll probably know by her writing style.
About a week or two before that, she expressed concern that folks she knew in real life might know her name as "Carissimi", and thus changed her screenname to Jasiri. She seemed honestly shocked that "the public" might find this site, and find her using that screen name. (But all along we've posted "ILIASM Forum will be as open as EP": non-registered users can view; registered members can interact). She posted this publicly, so no need to suggest she was trying to deceive us.

I am so sorry to hear that you're having a difficult time. I know how you feel. I'm also struggling with meeting new people and new activities. I've been out 18 months and often find it easier to stay home alone than to deal with being out of my comfort zone and dealing with possible rejection or just feeling out of place. Big hugs and many prayers and well wishes to you.

And - - I quit reading each & every reply of this post but I do need to share - - - My therapist says there is no such thing as oversensitive. (I use it to describe myself at times - or used to) There is sensitive. There are folks who know their emotions. And that is sensitive. That is not oversensitive.
Anyway - if you DO come back - - please PM me at least! I really wish I had gotten here earlier and not missed you.
