Back in the 1950, there was a group of people that cars with chrome was being prideful and it was a sin so they painted all of the chrome on a vehicle. Cars had chrome bumpers and trim so everyone called the group the "black bumper" mame of their religion. I think curtains were also a sin to have on windows but pull down shades were OK. Yea, I lived next to them. Other than the sin stuff, they were OK and minded their own business.
