Been there done that I totally get it! Trust me it could have been more awkward: Try you told your husband you want a divorce and a few days later you are watching a comedian on tv together and all of a sudden the comedian says "so let's talk about divorce, I've been divorced 3 times..." Awkward! Especially since H didn't change the channel and I was laughing my ass off. Yeah I didn't bother with 50 shades of boring. I couldn't even get into the book. I prefer lush stories website it gets right down to business instead of 4 chapters before they even kiss. I'm not big on reading fiction though. Oh and I'm born in Brooklyn so I'm happy to fill in for web in his absence! Lol Wtf. One fucking trip. One. I'm gonna lose my shit up in this bitch. Just fucking  saying. My go to these days is " ay! Knock it off". You don't hear that a lot down hear in Florida especially from a lady.

It's ironic that watching a sex scene, in a movie, with a refuser can be awkward, embarrassing, and plain uncomfortable. It's as though you are sitting with your opposite gender sibling, rather than your spouse/lover.
It really tells you something about the state of the relationship when something that should be drawing you closer, just leaves you feeling awkward.

I watched some of the movie Trainwreck last night. Â Hubs got home from being out with a friend. Â (Thank God he found someone to talk to!) He started watching it with me and the scene came on where Amy's having sex with her bulky man (John Cena...OMG!). Â She wants him to say dirty things to her. Â His dirty talk was pathetic. Â I was cracking up. Â Meanwhile, H was like..."What the hell is this?" and "What are you watching?" Â I purposely left the sex scene on as uncomfortable as it was to watch with him....made him cringe a little....lol!! Hmmmmm John Cena. I have 2 John Cena toys well my son does. I hold them sometimes. Sigh. Lol!! Can you imagine a John Cena sex toy?!! Hmmmmmm!!?? What unique feature would it have?

On my screen, it looks like the chick has a spliff between her fingers on her right hand.

That says a lot about why my spouse doesn't like to go to the movies, and doesn't want to watch t.v.! Our last movie together, ( there was nothing romantic about the movie) she showed up late, we drove separate cars, she put a wall of popcorn, a drink, and the armrest, and a phone between us!

If a friend treated us this way, we wouldn't put up with it, but refusers get special dispensation because so much of us is invested in this sad and dysfunctional relationship.
