My head is spinning from all of this advice. My friend will join me when I consult attorneys. I need her to hold my hand through this. I will continue to try and communicate with H while gathering information privately.

I ruined Father's Day, too.  I couldn't hold it together all day! I am sorry. I also understand what your writing about his reaction. I either get the "judgemental dad" looks or the defeated weapy sad guy ones. |
