so Every birthday I've ever had as a married woman, has been sexless. Fun.
Before it was sexless because my husband didn't believe in celebrating and now I do celebrate my birthday.
I know I won't be getting sex, no chocolate cake, no nothing.
Even my grandpa who has a hard time getting around sang me Happy Birthday lol.
So, with an uninspiring spouse, how do others celebrate their birthday? How do you feel loved on your birthday when no one else really will?

My last married bday (2015)my spouse forgot it. He was reminded by a friend of ours. I go shopping, pedicure, hang out with my kids. Buy myself something nice. I don't need a man to buy me anything but I would like to have a man that wants to buy me something and have sex with me. Last bday I didn't have bday sex but I went out with a girlfriend and we split a yummy paella and the most divine chocolate cake that will ever touch your lips. I also received a gift from a man that is very special to me. Make your bday what you want it to be for yourself.

for my last 'big' b-day, I surrounded myself with my golf buddies, made a great day of it - and laughed all day about 'no B-Day BJ for me'...
every year my wife has asked me 'anything special you'd like for me to get?' - and I always reply, 'what I'd like doesn't require shopping'...

I can't remember the last birthday fuck I had. Probably my ex to be honest. Not even a birthday guarantees some effort in the bedroom.

I hope you have a wonderful time. In 28 years of marriage, I never had sex on my birthday.

When my x used to ask me what I would like I would look at her and wiggle my eyebrows. She would sigh and say: "I knew it".

She gives me something sweet. Else it would be sex, so she gives chocolate instead. Have a wonderful time celebrating your birthday this weekend with family.

My last sexless birthday was Monday Feb 13, Valentines Day was sexless as well. My wife did take me out to dinner (at the restaurant of her choice). She did get me card for each and a snowblower though. Now I'm hoping for snow so something can get blown.

kiltedpadre - does this mean that your wife gets a vacuum cleaner, something like that for her b-day?

Yep. Mine has sabotaged my birthday the last few years. I think he does this so I am so mad he doesn't need to perform. I swear when I write this stuff it still shocks me. HUGS

My birthday has always been sexless.
Every year she asks what I want and I always respond with something politely asking for a BJ and it never happens.
We would have sex sometime around my birthday but she doesn't understand that it doesn't count as birthday sex. She even has a choice of 2 days since I was born on a holiday and my birth date doesn't normally align.
The final straw was my past birthday, if she doesn't turn around and stay turned around, I am done. She will not know that until she is served the papers.

kiltedpadre - does this mean that your wife gets a vacuum cleaner, something like that for her b-day? I'll have to decide between a lovely new hamper and some lingerie. The hamper might actually get used at least.
