Me: I noticed since I moved back into our bedroom that you leave the toilet seat up. It's interesting because you never did that in the 15 years I have lived with you.
H: huh. I do?
Me: Yep: It's like your big, silent "fuck you".
H: silence
Me. So, people really do change. (Exits stage left)
And they do, when they want to.

You don't have to explain it to me. It made me a little sad to see it but then I realized that I don't know all the particulars and it COULD be an indication of something good. So - it's more important that you understand it rather than explain it. And sister JMX - I love you and accept you no matter what choice you make. Each of us must be accountable only to ourselves. The 'fuck you' gets gradually bigger while the limp dick gets rapidly smaller (along with any chance of an actual fuck to go with it). |
