This week -- more or less -- marks two anniversaries for me.
My marriage has be "clinically sexless" since 2010; we've had marital sex about 15 times in 6.5 years. Within that period I've had several separate periods of 12-month runs with ZERO marital relations. This week -- more or less -- marks the end of the third such 12-month period.
What is the social protocol in this situation. Do I get my wife a greeting card for that?

You could get two and give her both. 'I am sorry for your loss' and 'Congratulations on your new home'

Give her divorce papers in a nice envelope with one of those gold seals they give you at the Hallmark shop.

That is tough spot. But a card that says "hey I'm a man with needs and desires and I'm still here"
Might be appropriate.

I don't recall the last time I had sex with my h, so I have no official anniversary for the death of my sex life. My wedding anniversary is coming up in Oct. Two years ago, I didn't even give him a card and he was not happy. Last year, I think I gave him one that referred to him being a good dad or something like that. This year, I think I'm going to create my own card and insert the following image:  |

Does she keep track of the last time you had sex? If she's like my w she doesn't. I doubt that it will help but it at least makes her aware of how long it's been and reminds her that your still interested.
