I am pissed that I let this go for so long.
I am pissed that I didn't divorce him years ago.
I am pissed that he would continue to live like this!
I am pissed that I have worked on myself all of these years while he did nothing to help himself!!!
I am pissed that my mind is so fucked up!!
I am pissed that I felt ugly and unwanted for so long.
I am pissed about all the nights I spend alone in bed.

I'm sorry you are struggling right now but being pissed off isn't such a bad thing. At least you are aware that it's not normal and you refuse to accept this life for yourself. I was pissed, angry, resentful, sad, cried A LOT!
Work towards a change.
I still sleep alone but in a cozy full size bed.
There's a man in my life that consistently makes me feel wanted and desired.
I don't look back at the years I wasted. Now I look forward.
Change isn't going to happen overnight but step by step.
At least you are out of the fog of SM and seeking a better life for yourself.

Pissed is good. Pissed is great. When you see a wall you need to break through, when you see something wrong that needs sorting out, when you are stuck and you know you need to act but you can't find the motivation, pissed is what gives you the energy you need.
Be pissed. Be really pissed. And go break down a few walls, right some wrongs, and kick start whatever you need to do. You don't necessarily need to scream at anybody or have tantrums or alienate anybody. Just know that you have the power to do what you need to do.

I always prefer pi$$ed over depression. Depression sapped my energy, and caused inertia. Whenever I got well and truly pi$$ed, it gave me a boost of energy, and got me moving again, so use it to your advantage. Pi$$ed is good.
