I found this interesting:
"Side note: prolactin also explains why men are sleepier after intercourse than after masturbation. For unknown reasons, intercourse orgasms release four times more prolactin than masturbatory orgasms, according to a recent study."

Explains why I remember much better sleeping years ago.

This is part of why women saying men can play solitaire is the answer to sexlessness is a crock.

It's not the same thing. If women think the two are the same thing, they're kind of saying sex is equally good when they aren't there.
They call themselves out as being bad in bed.

Masturbation is a burger and fries. Sex is a 7 course meal. Yeah, it's all food. You can survive on either of them. One gives life. The other you're just postponing death.

I think it works both ways for both sexes... i can take care of myself .... but it is NOT the same
i do not feel the same while in my opinion it is better then nothing ..... i want the companionship the connection.

that is why i never resorted to the hook-up thing and it presented itself ...... because the true connection is worth more.
