I feel that I am overdue for an update. I have outsourced, with husband's approval. I must say, the outsourcing is not for the faint of heart, even with spousal approval. I will post a proper update soon.

Yep, outsourcing is by far and away the most adventurous choice, and things can fly off at some weird (and not so wonderful) tangents.
But invariably outsourcing does tend to be a game-changer, and helps an ILIASM situation toward resolution ... and that's not necessarily a bad thing.

It may not be a perfect situation, but my bet is you never go back to the way things were. |
