I had typed about 15 minutes of an update post, then Poof, all gone. So fuck it.
Just FYI, I escaped from hell several years ago and am now truly happy. Sex is normal again, and fantastic every time. Who knew?! But above all, we just so enjoy being together for everything in life, from shopping to traveling. Everything is fun and peaceful. Though I was suicidal for a good two or three years before the window opened and I climbed out, I am really happy now. Life is good again and I have a normal, fulfilling, happy, sexually awesome life.
Do it. Leave. Save your one and only stretch of time on this planet.
No longer baffled.... I am now just the king of my own life experience once again.

When I'm on a computer that acts up and I'm writing posts, I'll do it in a Wordpad doc and save regularly, copying and pasting to the web page when it's finished. |

Sometimes it will save a draft and I can also recover just by pressing the back button. But as you found out, even that's flaky! The post gets much shorter. I think I will only post a few lines and the post gets longer. That's why I just edit a post over and over!

A year or so ago Baza took a poll of those of us that had escaped to "opposite land," and it showed that the odds of ending up happier is about 90%. I don't know of any poll for those staying, for any or all reasons, that might show such a high percentage for satisfaction.

"For those sexless over a year, how bad is it?" I envy the dead. I'm grumpier than a seventh dwarf. I'm getting used to it. Ain't nothin' but a thang. I'm actually better off. My refuser was right. Why does my jacket have buckles on the sleeves? Other (comment below?)

Losing a post has happened to me on more than one occasion. I just say a few choice words usually. I may or may not return later to redo the post It depends on how jenned up I am on the subject.

Just out of interest Brother ironhamster , a few minutes ago I put up a poll for any/all members who have been in their ILIASM for at least a year and posed the question "are you happier than you were a year ago ?" |

To be fair, I have come across people determined to stay in their sexless marriages. We have examples of that here, and other marriage help sites. I think it is an honest question, if they are happier now than they were a year ago, and worth a contemplative answer.

Agreed Brother ironhamster . I reckon that anyone who is happier now than they were a year ago is heading in the right direction. You might be "rather unhappy" today, but if you were "desperately unhappy" a year ago, then that, in relative terms, is better than it was. |
