I will watch the Seahawks if they’re winning, I also like motorsports except for NASCAR, yawn. WRC, Isle of Man, American Le Mans. That’s more my style. Winter is coming so my hot rod is in the garage. I need a winter sport becides reading lol. So the Seahawks are in the world series this year? If the odds are good, perhaps I should wager on them? No, I think the Penguins will overcome their deficit. They have good three-point shooters.

jetcity You're not only supposed to watch the Seahawks or any sports team when they're winning. you're supposed to be with them through good times and bad! Just like marriage. Of course, just as in marriage there are limits how much bad one can endure... But I thought the Seahawks were pretty good. Not so?

The Hawks are in a rebuilding year. I guess I’m a fair weather fan. I just can’t sit still long enough to watch a whole game. Marriage is a different story though, I’m in it for the long haul.

Sure looks like Boston is about to win the series.
I was binge-watching the first season of Stranger Things with my wife instead....a lot of fun.

Did they have their usual post world series riot? Not interested enough to watch the series but always interested in watching people set fires in the streets in drunken victory!

I think that's only in my hometown, Philadelphia. A proud tradition, helped along by the historical abysmalness of all the local teams ensuring that the celebrations are rare.

Sports bore me. After a long marriage to a man who’d simultaneously listen to one sports game on tv and another on the radio, I’m delighted to be with a man who rarely watches sports and clearly finds conversing with me more fun than watching the weekly games.

At my alma mater in Michigan which shall go nameless, there's a long tradition of setting couches on fire on a certain street after big sport wins or other selected events. Then, the local, overzealous cops come and ruin students' lives for burning up couches that should have been disposed of long ago anyway. 😭😭 It's tragic, really. 😒

To be honest, I know the apartments where couches are known to burn. It's well known for being a really rowdy student complex. Some of the upholstery inside is doubtless so soaked with booze, (among other fluids😜) it, too might catch on fire without outside assistance. 😁😒

When our university won the National Championship in hockey someone drove a snowmobile into the huge bonfire. Doesn’t get much more “Maine” than that.

Go Nats!! At least I know who is in the series this year. Kind of hard not to, living in Houston. Sad part is I've seen the Nats play twice this year and the Astros once lol
