Yeah, the rewards (or penalties) of todays choices (or non-choices) don't usually arrive today. Rather, they tend to accrue 'tomorrow'. What are you scared of Sister deleted ? Would love to give you some support, but it's not clear what you are wrestling with at the moment.

I think I know what you are talking about ? or I could be wrong. I do remember in my early twenties taking 3 1/2 yrs to recover from ending a break up with my fiance.( we had dated for 3 yrs) In hindsight it was my fear and low self image that kept me from doing anything about it, and my inexperience.. it was easier to just feel sorry for myself and the whole situation.
Now after 25 yrs of being with the same person , I refuse to wait and do nothing again.
Are you working your butt off towards forming new relationships?
