I've heard this has been done for castles in some places, as long as you can afford the renovations.
Stone construction... should be pretty soundproof. ;-)

That could be fun. We should set up our own HOA, only sex positive people allowed and your spouse has to agree you have a great sex life or allow outsourcing.
