Just started listing to the audio version on my way to work today. So far it crushed my head multiple times - found one thing out: I am not the only abuser in this relationship - but all that stuff the W does / says to me - I may not be the biggest one either. it's good to know even though it sucks. (Not that I will let that fact interfear with my continuous self improvement) Also, quite a bit RE: withholding sex as a tool of the abuser. Hmmm I wonder if there is a section in that book about Narcissists? If so this may be worth a read! |
