Oh god you've just reminded me of my wedding day. He was too tired to consummate that night. The following day, later that morning, it was the usual from behind, spoon position he has always used. I remember my disappointment now. Nothing much else happened sexually during the honeymoon either. Our wedding night and honeymoon were both amazing. I remember at that time hoping it would continue. It didn't smh

It probably won't help at the moment Sister pinkskies but *you* were never capable of changing him, *you* are still not capable of changing him, and moving forward *you* will not be able to change him. All this has not, is not, and in the future will not, be due to any short fallings on your part. Sometimes, it is just a case of an insoluble "mis-match", and that is not necessarily anyones' *fault*. Thank you for this. I need to remind myself of this daily.

hopingforachange , sorry, I wasnt meaning to limit the comment to heterosexuals, I was writing fast as I often do and should have chosen words better. 'Any loving couple' perhaps. No offence intended or implied, I've met some great gay people over the years. Oh shit though, that could lead off down a whole new avenue of misinterpretation ! (third reminder to self, keep well away from the subjects of politics, religion, and sexual preference lol)

This group whilst not confined to heterosexuals is in fact ( In the several years I've been here and EP) exclusively M/F relationships. ( unless I've missed something) Although it is about SM it is also open to non married members too( no pun intended).

She also referred to "lesbian bed death" as if that was a well known condition among lesbians. I have a lesbian friend whom I heard via a mutual friend was frustrated because guilt about being gay kept my friend's partner from having sex with her much. My refused friend is a very voluptuous, feminine woman with a Marilyn Monroe voice, the kind that men turn their heads to look at. It's not just heterosexuals who are in sexless relationships. Perhaps fulfilling sex is harder for some gays due to the social stigma of being gay. At least heterosexuals who are conservative and religious can justify sex to have kids.

I do remember a bi female though.
