Has anyone had to submit a rehabilitative plan? This is new to me. I'm going to be reading up about it and writing one in the next few days.

Sounds like she is trying to screw you out of alimony for life or change the amount she pays once you get a job.
I would suggest your rehabilitative plan include going back to college, which she will have to pay for. Pick a profession like teaching or nursing or whatever interests you. Something with a 4 year degree to maximize your alimony for longer as well as your future earning potential.

Being a porn star, and producing my own porn films, does interest me. It is like the biggest money maker on the planet. Can I get a four year degree in that? (Just kidding!!!)
Actually I was considering truck school. Getting my CDL (commercial drivers licence) back, with all my endorsements. That costs about $6000. and takes 8 weeks. There's transportation, food, lodging, Insurance, co-pay, medications.
I am going to be employed again. There's nothing wrong with me being self supportive again. I welcome it. I realize that changes the alimony. So be it. It's all a guessing game of what the future brings, as far as dollars.
I just want the most "bang" for my buck. (punn intended)

I've not heard of such a thing in my jurisdiction, but it sounds like not a bad idea.
You know how we often say in here - "see a lawyer, develop an exit strategy, shore up your support network, plan to help your kids transition" - when someone is considering leaving ?
It would also be smart to have a checklist for your new life.
Maybe something like - "see an exit counsellor in your jurisdiction, develop an engagement strategy to re-join the real world, plug in to your support network, and keep sorting your own shit out".
