I am dating myself here, but I recall a TV Show from when I was a kid starring Julie (or Judy) Newmar (or some name like that) as a robot.
I seem to recall as a prepubescent kid, pulling myself off fantasising about her.

You know, there is a real sexist bias with this sort of thing. I don't know....when you hear about full sex robots (not just a handheld toy, but one that simulates a real person) they all seem to be female.
