Yep, It chimed with me; as one who is leaving a long, long unhappy marriage for an uncertain future.
I'd say choose hope; for me that's the bottom line. I can live without many things but not that.

Yes, I too could TOTALLY relate. Very very good article. Paints a very accurate picture of the brutal nature of divorce and the suffering now for happiness later, and no guarantee of that happiness later, only a hope, though the current suffering is guaranteed.
Those of us that tread that path are at least a little Courageous.
