As I recollect, it was a woman who wrote in, with an anecdote about her spouse who asked her for a glass of water to take his tablets.
He was apparently at least as close to the tap as she was, so she got a glass of water and threw it over him. I seem to remember that she didn't get him properly the first time, so got another glass and splooshed him again.

Brother jim44444 responded, making some reference to domestic violence.
