Are you trying to date me, or hire me?

I like it when Loverman asks me things that are non-intimate related though. I helped him (a little) with negotiating his new offer at his current job (been there less than one year), helped talk him down from edge of panic when awaiting responses on his real estate offer, talk to him about how to deal with his boss. It's nice to have a mental-level connection and one where he shows respect for my abilities - like he will say: I want your opinion on; or: You're really smart, will you read this for me and give me input?
But then again - we were already way into a relationship (of sorts) by the time this level of advisement was requested.
Tinder update for me - a person I knew already from my group, but didn't know if he was single or not, "liked" my Tinder profile and we chatted just a bit. He's kinda cute, may be too quiet for me (or I may be too bodacious for him), but I told him I'd like to have coffee sometime, just to find out if we are compatible or not. He hasn't replied to that one yet, but I sort of hope he will. (I had already noticed, irl, how his eyes join in the smile when he jokes - so I was pleased to see him on the app, actually). I'll let you know what happens, if anything, of course!
