I bought a Duvet insert and its tearing apart after several months! GRRRR.
I want to be warm and feel like a princess. And both are super expensive. Any ideas?

I have an electric mattress pad. It makes the bed nice and warm.

I have had my feather duvet for many years. Just change the coverings and its good to go. You can also get feather underpads but I like jim44444's idea about the electric mattress pad.

In winter I am all for flannel sheets, warm blanket, and a quilt. Hope the new duvet keeps you nice and cozy!

Electric mattress pad on a timer is the way to go.

When I was a kid everyone had a hot water bottle you never see them anymore Now all you can get is those microwavable 'magic bags'. I don't they retain the heat as well as a hot water bottle...made of that red rubber. LOL

I bought my refuser a mattress heating pad that uses water to heat so it is not as drying. Of course I wouldn't know how well it heats because I am not allowed in her side of the bed.

You didn't buy yourself one too? No sir, I would get too hot. I prefer cold room and extra blankets. I get a warm room and one duvet.
