Here's my story...
Just turned 50, struggling emotionally (grief and marital), financially, and I fear what tomorrow may bring? Having serious amounts of stress, which is affecting me in all aspects of my life? Health and lifestyle changes are needed. Father of four, and now an empty nester. How's that for an intro?
