I am very lonely. I miss shared intimate experiences. Clearly, I don't have those moments with my spouse, but I really miss those moments. That's all. I don't know what else to say. Nothing deep and philosophical. I'm just lonely and honestly, I just wish somebody gave a shit about me.

You must give a shit about yourself first before someone else can. You have no intimate experiences with your wife but that does not mean you most forego intimate experiences. Your definition of what constitutes an intimate experience will highlight how you will achieve them without your wife. That will provide you with a path forward.
