Your question for today: What would you prefer to do on a Saturday night? Dancing then home to rock the bed, fall asleep, then rock the bed again.

Your question for today: What would you prefer to do on a Saturday night? Number one choice would be date night with my man then “retiring to bed” together. If that’s not an option, I enjoy a night in with my best girlfriends at one of our houses. I also enjoy a night in by myself. Netflix, meditation, bath, a little alone time... any or all of the above.

A perfect Saturday night- out to dinner and back home to cuddle up and watch a movie together. Too bad I can’t remember the last time I had a perfect Saturday night!

Question for today: When life gets you down, how do you deal with it? Sleep. If I've had a bad day, I just go to bed early and get headed towards the next day as soon as possible. Sex is really what helps me feel better about almost anything else going wrong in life but sleep is the best option usually available to me.

Question for today: When life gets you down, how do you deal with it? Depends on what's getting me down..usually what I like to call friend therapy ..going out with my best friend talking followed by drinking and dancing. Sometimes anxiety pill and distraction Hug/snuggling from my love if depressed/sad ..sex helps with stress, anger

I endure the bad and celebrate the good. Life has taught me the dark times last three days at the most

When life gets you down, how do you deal with it? I rather like h’s answer about getting more sleep. It’s certainly easier to feel more positive when I’m well-rested and energized. It depends on what’s getting me down. If I’m feeling overwhelmed, I turn to organizing and decluttering (regaining control). Exercise is a good outlet for frustration and anger. Going for a walk/hike if I need solitude or a change of scenery. Sometimes a good distraction is the answer, whether immersing into a project with music to block out the world, or maybe curling up and watching something on TV. It depends on whether my brain is on overload.

I agree with @angeleyes ... It depends on what's getting me down. Sometimes I exercise. Sometimes I eat. Sometimes I go dancing. Sometimes I sleep. Sometimes I take a long hot soak and cry in the tub. Sometimes, it's a therapeutic phone call with a girlfriend. Sometimes it's combination of any or all of the above. lol!

When Life Gets you Down: Normal stuff, everyone's answers are similar to mine. Unfortunately I've had about 19-months of overly stressful stuff (close family death, job change, move, college-age kid struggles, etc.) that hasn't let up one little bit. I'm running out of coping strategies although crawling into bed for 3-months sounds pretty great.

Question for today: Besides your home or work, where do you spend most of your time? I don't understand the question. I go to work and come home. Does "lost in the thoughts in my head" count as a place? Hope so. That was going to be mine too. Ahem. “What h said.”
