I got stuck at the part where you said "why not just use the vibrator more often instead of letting it gather dust." I'm trying to get my mind to imagine the idea of a vibrator gathering dust. Is that even a thing? Oh it can be even worse than that. This was a replacement that was bought after a different one sat so long that the batteries corroded to the point that they couldn't even be removed.

Just curious... why buying a replacement for something never used?👀

I had a favorite for years - a plug-in, not battery-operated - and I finally had to replace it because the power was inconsistent. I think it developed a short in the electrical cord.

That is so sad. Even my refuser bought me gifts of sex toys... I'm with smartkat none of them have even gathered dust. My wife is not a germophobe.... but she sure is a sextoyophobe. I intend that my next long-term relationship will be with a woman whose drawerful of toys is not only "not dusty", but they are even rarely "dry" and "cool". In fact, why even put them away in the drawer? I think I'll get us one of those headboards with lots of little shelves... We will have a separate line-item on the household budget for: - toys - batteries - other fun things for the bedroom: lingerie, lights, lube, - other fun things for the house: hot tub, sex furniture... (Yes, I said "sex furniture". Consider this line. Or check out the chair half-way down this article. I'd LOVE to have these placed around in innocuous places in plain sight in my home... and I'd love to make sure they stay warm, too.)
