haha. I missed your posts. maybe good to have an initial clothed visit to meet the female doctor first then. This was a mandated physical by the company I was working for at that time. The company picked the medical service so she wasn't my choice. To me that is unthinkable to be ordered by the company to undergo something like that.

Doesn't worry me in the slightest if the nurse or doctor is female, or if there is more than one (maybe I'm a closet exhibitionist :-) ) Is this a hypothetical or did you actually have a female doctor provide an intimate exam? Not hypothetical at all. My GP is female for starters. Recently had the finger up the bum exam performed by a (somewhat attractive) female Dr, and recently also a cystoscope performed by a male Dr with female nurse assisting (Junk in full view). Also had a transrectal ultrasound and bladder ultrasound performed by a somewhat effeminate gay (male) nurse. Really doesn't bug me. All this btw is in preparation for a trial I have signed up for which involves a reshaping of the prostate by inserting an "expander" device in the urethra. This happens in April, really looking forward to peeing 'normally' again!

I used to work at a medical school. So I've had off the record conversations about this with female docs.
No one ever indicated they were thinking about anything during the exam other than doing their jobs.
As for any discomfort, be glad you don't have to squeeze a baby out of your vagina or have it probed yearly while lying on your back with your feet in the air, held open by a metal speculum. Fun times! Women are used to that stuff. It's just a medical exam.

At my next smear test (done in the hospital not at the docs) the practitioner doing the test said "Oh Brilliant, a 'post loop-diathermy cervix'! Do you mind if this bunch of medical students shadowing me today have a look as well? " About 9 of them queued up to have a good gawp up my bits......

Funny story - not funny at the time, but I can laugh about it now. I was in the shower and noticed a lump in the tube leading to one of my testicles about a year ago, so I had to schedule a doctor visit. My dad died of prostate and colon cancer, so that's one thing I don't want to screw around with if something is out of the ordinary. First I had to get through the initial exam of a (very male) doctor squeezing on my junk, who then told me I needed an ultrasound of my testicle. Fast forward to a few weeks later when a very attractive (female) nurse is alone with me in the exam room putting warm gel and then running an ultrasound machine on my "stuff". All I could keep thinking to myself was "Don't pop a boner! Don't pop a boner!". That was the longest 15 minutes of my life. Thankfully it was just a cyst and with some medication it went away. Always awkward when reproductive parts are involved and you get a member of the opposite sex.

Flyingsolo, I had something similar happen to me about a month ago. The young lady that did the ultrasound was under 25. The urologist I had to see before the ultrasound was also female and about 35. She was joking with me about which head is the most intelligent or runs a man's life. I just said I didn't have an opinion because I was in pain at the time.
I remember a time when 95% to 98% of the doctors were male and that is all pregnant women and pap smear clients had to choose from. If women from the 1950 dealt with male doctors, I can deal with female doctors.
Every once in a while, my daughter's high school friends (doctors) are at Taco Bell so I say Hi just like any other person I know.

Well if she was telling you "dick" jokes, I think maybe she liked you and you missed your window of opportunity.......

Flyingsolo I wasn't feeling well enough to be mentally sharp and I didn't realize the connection until after I left her exam room.
Her Rx was for me to wear very tight fitting underpants. The prospect of avoiding another surgery seemed to be more important at the time. Once before I had varicose veins in the scrotum and I was concerned it was happening again and I would need to go to the surgery center. The tight fitting underwear Rx was a relief.

Sounds like you might need a follow-up visit just to get a recheck if she was sending you signs and you missed them. LOL

flyingsolo, I don't see the point in acknowledging her comment about penis head connected to the big brain. I was explaining the past vein surgery, a 6 needle prostate biopsy I had a long time ago, how many cancer treatments I had and the other medical crap I had undergone in the past year. I think the doctor was trying to humor me.
I may have even down played the visit because I didn't want anyone to think I was mostly there to get "felt up." I was there to get professional advice.
It is difficult to sit when your scrotum is enlarged and you sit on part of it. I wanted relief and nothing more. The "tight underwear" directive was a relief.

Responses are not uncommon and very easily ignored.

Isthisit Budgie smugglers saved the day Handy
Budgie smugglers were a lot easier than dealing with the swelling last time, that temporarily increased the size of the scrotum by 50% for a couple of days.
Another thing why I didn't respond was how many nether regions does a urologist see in a week or month?
So far I have been treated well and in some instances, better than expected so I don't want to act creepy and have someone give me the cold shoulder and less than professional service.
The dermatology department is also staffed by 2 attractive female doctors, I will say in their early 50s. It is another place to strip down and have a magnifying glass brought out to look at moles and bumps.

Tamara68 To me that is unthinkable to be ordered by the company to undergo something like that.
Here if you refuse a company medical exam, most likely , the company will find a technical reason to fire or in some way harass you.
I had a work related injury and had to be examined by 6 different doctors and a physiologist chosen by the company. One doctor's exam involved painful electrical shocks. My lawyer said I had to submit to the tests.

Did you agree to it because you were confident with your bits, or you wanted to contribute to the medical society?
