My issue was I considered my marriage vows as sacred. I thought things could get better. BS BS BS BS. Everyone deserves to be happy and if your partner can't shell out a hour of time in their week to make sure your happy, head for the hills. You are not alone in your desires.

Everyone deserves to be happy and if your partner can't shell out a hour of time in their week to make sure your happy, head for the hills. You are not alone in your desires. They sure should be. Some refusers misunderstood that "forsaking all others" is not the same as forsaking all. If you forsake your spouse, you break your sacred vows. Expecting unilateral compliance to vows takes chutzpah, but my goodness is it common! Then we get to, what counts as "forsaking"? If your spouse mounts you as you take your last dying gasps on your death bed. Did they keep their promise? Pretty sure what they'd answer.
