I assume that you are referring to the COVID-19 virus. Most of what is going on in the Seattle area is taking place at Evergreen Hospital, which is located about two miles away from me and is where my doctor's offices are. Just five days ago it was one infected person in Washington state, now it's twenty seven infected and nine dead. I anticipate this getting much worse very fast. Most people around here are a bit stressed by this but they are trying not to show it. To top things off I got sick about a week ago. I am pretty confident that mine is the common cold as my kids were sick a few days before I got it.
This thing is going to go nuts fast. Be smart about it, avoid trips that you don't need to make, don't see people you don't need to see, stop hand shaking, wash your hands numerous times during the day, and clean everything you can. Take this seriously people, it's only a matter of time before it's in your area.

My son is right near there for college. He is fine but as a mom and a nurse practitioner I have been, shall we say, anxious! Stay safe everyone.
