I would just draw up a prenup with the following items on it.
1. Affection/closeness (not associated with sex), a minimum of six times a week, on average, to include: D/s, hand holding, linking arms, hugging, cuddling, bathing together, massage, arms around shoulders, arms around waist, sitting on lap, lying next to each other talking, sitting next to/across from each other talking, walks with the dogs, eating meals together (as schedules permit), date night
2. Sex, a minimum of five times a week, on average, to include: teasing (in public), fondling, massages, oral, anal, vaginal, masturbation (mutual and assisted), role playing, bondage, D/s and/or BDSM, sharing of sexual fantasies, bathing together, date night, sex-cation four times per year, choosing outfits/lingerie, more added as needed.
3. Must love dogs.
4. Must have eclectic musical tastes.
5. Must be open-minded and tolerant of others (minorities, LGBTQIA, etc.)
6. Must allow for a man cave and boy-time with male friends, and a lady cave (dark, please) and girl-time with female friends.
7. Must allow for mani/pedis once a month.
The sad thing is that except for #1 and #2, I have all those things now.

A clause in my prenup:
Make out sessions on work days for at least ten minutes every day. (After work/lunch time/ mornings are negotiable)
20 minutes on weekends
30 minutes on holidays.

DryCreek DC vs Marvel? Holy hard bargain! Who can choose? One the one hand are Detective Comics, where the Dark Knight Detective originated- the grandpapies of comics. Great man vs man, man vs nature, man vs himself storylines that dealt with war, discrimination, The Red Scare, etc. Yet, the characters and storylines stagnated recently. Then, the "newer upstart" Marvel universe with it's slick, lean 'n mean, graphics and embracing of women in positions of leadership, not to mention successful movie franchises that have new life to "old" characters. And, managed to reinvent Stan Lee's career? Batman, my lifetime love vs Thor and Captain America, titans of titilation? I. Just. Can't. Choose. Tapping out. Z is dead.
