... reserved for the local garden club; and we got shooed away by some sturdy older ladies with short haircuts, knit pants and sensible shoes. You have EXACTLY described my wife: "sturdy", "short-haired", "sensible shoes". OK: most of the time she's in khaki trousers, not knit pants. But you get the gist. In fact, she is leading gardening volunteers in one of our local parks TODAY. I'm a bon-vivant... she is a short-haired rules-follower. Well, I'm not sure if you'd describe me as sturdy...I'm short and curvy, which I guess can look sturdy in some outfits. And my hair is sort of medium-length. Well, you saw my photo in the now-defunct pictures thread... But I never wear sensible shoes. The closest I ever get to that is sneakers, if I know I'm going to be hiking, climbing, something like that, with outdoorsy friends. |

Yes, you did, itsjustus. In the "early days" of ILIASM, many of us shared photos (of our faces), in thread. Since, this forum is public, however, we had the option of "deleting" our pics. @smartkat, and the rest of the folks who shared pics are smokin' hot!  |

Story of my life...a day late....crap! I can imagine they are smokin' hot!! Speaking as a lover of intellect, I already think a lot of folks here are smokin' hot!! Turn a good phrase or make me laugh....I'm your's! We are trying to find a way to add per-user "gallery", with maximal control to the user as to who sees it. We'll have to use some "ProBoards" add-on, plus creative use of permissions on the boards. This is related to the setting up of a small number of "private" or "non-public" forums, which likewise are on the "to do list". |
