Get hurt and go to PT. good one i did that already but didn't intentionally hurt myself. I was looking forward to my 3x weekly PT appointments. One of the therapists was dreamy- got a lot of attention and leg massages I have 2 Dr. appointments a year and I actually like having the nurse or nurse's aid take my blood pressure, putting the BP cuff on/off my arm.
That's pretty touch starved, lol

Sometimes, when you go to the grocery store, the checkout girl accidentally touches your hand while giving you the receipt.
So, when the question comes up about whether I want a printed receipt,I always opt to get one.

You've pretty much got my list. I love the pillow arrangement for sleeping. I recently started using it. Other self-care things I do: --savoring a hot coffee or tea (even in summer I love a hot coffee). --Spending time with the friends I can be my whole true self with, who I feel happier after seeing. I have other friends who I care about but who leave me feeling anxious and these days I see them sparingly for the sake of my mental health. I wish Helen was still on here. I so relate to the friends who she cares about but leave her feeling anxious. i feel the same way.
