You've pretty much got my list. I love the pillow arrangement for sleeping. I recently started using it.
Other self-care things I do:
--savoring a hot coffee or tea (even in summer I love a hot coffee). --Spending time with the friends I can be my whole true self with, who I feel happier after seeing. I have other friends who I care about but who leave me feeling anxious and these days I see them sparingly for the sake of my mental health.
I wish Helen was still on here. I so relate to the friends who she cares about but leave her feeling anxious. i feel the same way.
