I am pretty scared of the self medicating rabbit hole myself. However after months of really not sleeping last year I started taking melatonin and it actually works for me most of the time. I still see 3:30 at least once a week these days.

Such entertainment is dangerous. You can fall into deepest crippling depression by doing so. Try sport and meditation you know. And if you have troubles with sleep try audio hypnosis for sleeping. Worked super great and helped me to sedate my psycho as well.

LITW: I thoroughly enjoyed watching the women's half pipe last night, there are some really talented riders out there. I really can't wait for the downhill events, as they are my favorite. I have always liked the winter olympics more than the summer ones.
